This Privacy Policy explains how The Arctos, a brand operated by Entreuverse Sdn. Bhd. (“we”, “us”), collects, uses, and protects your personal data in accordance with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

1. Information We Collect

  • Identity & contact data: name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number.
  • Account data: login username and password (stored securely) for your student account.
  • Payment data: billing information needed to process your purchase. Card/bank details are handled by our third-party payment processor — we do not store your full card details.
  • Product-use data: e.g. your TradingView ID (to grant indicator access) and the courses/products you hold.
  • Technical & usage data: IP address, browser type, and site-usage data collected via cookies, including any analytics cookies we may use to understand how visitors use our site.
  • Communications: messages you send us via email, WhatsApp, or forms.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account and grant access to products/courses;
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions;
  • To provide customer and technical support;
  • To send you service updates, and — with your consent — educational content and offers (you may opt out anytime);
  • To improve our website and services;
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Legal Basis / Consent

We process your personal data based on your consent (given when you sign up or purchase) and as necessary to perform our contract with you and to meet legal obligations under the PDPA.

4. Sharing With Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed:

  • Payment processing: our payment gateway and processors — currently PayEx (FPX online banking), and card processors such as Stripe where offered. For manual bank transfers, payment is handled directly between you and the banks involved;
  • Website hosting: Hostinger;
  • Indicator delivery: TradingView (using the ID you provide);
  • Email / CRM & communications: currently GoHighLevel (GHL);
  • Analytics (where used): providers such as Google Analytics, to understand how our site is used;
  • Brokerage referral: where you choose to open a Pepperstone account through Teddy’s referral, limited data may be shared to facilitate that onboarding.

These providers are required to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.

5. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to keep you logged in, remember your language preference, operate the shopping cart, and understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect site functionality.

6. Data Retention

We keep your personal data only as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain your account, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.
