Terms & Conditions
The Arctos (learn.thearctos.com) is a brand operated by Entreuverse Sdn. Bhd. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By subscribing to or using our trading products, services, indicators, and educational resources, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Purpose of Services
Our trading products, indicators, and educational resources are designed to support individuals in improving their market analysis, trading strategies, and decision-making skills. They are practical tools to help users work toward more consistent trading performance through better-informed trading activity.
While our tools and insights are created to enhance trading confidence and efficiency, actual results will vary depending on each individual’s experience, discipline, market conditions, and risk-management approach. We encourage all users to trade responsibly and to view our products as a support system for skill growth, not as a promise of fixed returns.
2. Risk Disclaimer
Trading financial instruments such as indices or stocks involves inherent risk, and market movements can be unpredictable. Our tools and indicators are designed to assist your analysis, but the final trading decisions remain your own responsibility. We encourage users to apply proper risk management and sound trading judgment at all times.
3. User Responsibility
You are fully responsible for:
- Managing your own trading accounts and funds;
- Applying your own judgment and understanding when using any trading tools or indicators provided;
- Being aware of and understanding all risks associated with financial trading.
4. Subscription & Payment
Our products and services may be offered either as a one-time purchase or on a recurring subscription basis, depending on the plan selected. For subscription-based products, you will be billed automatically according to the billing cycle chosen at sign-up. For one-time purchases, access is granted upon successful payment with no recurring charges. All payments must be made in full before access is provided. Prices are stated exclusive/inclusive of SST as shown at checkout.
5. Refunds & Cancellation
Our refund and cancellation terms are set out in a separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before purchasing.
6. Use of Services
You must use your own trading account and funds when applying our indicators, strategies, or tools. We do not offer fund management, account custody, or guaranteed trading returns. Access to our products is strictly for personal, non-commercial use. Any sharing, reselling, or unauthorized distribution of our materials, indicators, or educational content is prohibited and may result in suspension of access.
7. Intellectual Property
All indicators, course materials, videos, and educational content provided remain the intellectual property of Entreuverse Sdn. Bhd. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use them; it does not transfer ownership.
8. Limitation of Liability
We strive to ensure our indicators and tools operate accurately and reliably. However, their performance may depend on third-party platforms such as TradingView or your brokerage account. Entreuverse Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any losses, interruptions, delays, or issues arising from:
- External platform updates, data-feed errors, or connectivity problems beyond our control;
- Market volatility or unforeseen economic events affecting trading performance;
- Misuse or improper application of our products, services, or educational materials.
In the event of a technical issue directly related to our product itself, we will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve it promptly.
Support scope: Account-connection technical support is provided exclusively for Pepperstone accounts opened through Teddy’s referral, and does not extend to other brokerage accounts. If you need help using our indicators or connecting your TradingView analysis with such an account, please contact our support team.
9. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

1. 服务目的
我们的交易配套、指标工具及教学资源，旨在帮助用户提升市场分析能力、优化交易策略、提高决策水平，作为辅助工具帮助用户逐步实现更稳定的交易表现。
尽管这些工具旨在增强交易信心与效率，实际结果会因个人经验、纪律、市场状况及风控方式而不同。我们鼓励用户理性交易，并将我们的产品视为技能提升的辅助工具，而非盈利保证。
2. 风险免责声明
交易金融产品（如指数或股票）存在市场风险，价格波动可能无法预测。我们的工具与指标旨在辅助您的分析，但最终交易决策由您自行负责。请在交易中始终保持谨慎、做好风控管理。
3. 用户责任
您需对以下事项自行负责：
- 管理自身的交易账户与资金；
- 使用我们提供的任何工具或指标时，自行进行独立判断与决策；
- 了解并接受金融交易的所有相关风险。
4. 订阅与支付
我们的产品分为一次性购买或定期订阅两种，视所选方案而定。定期订阅将根据注册时选择的周期自动续费；一次性购买付款成功后即可使用、无需续费。所有付款须在获得产品权限前全额完成。价格是否含 SST 以结账页显示为准。
5. 退款与取消
退款与取消条款载于独立的《退款与取消政策》，该政策构成本条款的一部分，请于购买前阅读。
6. 产品使用声明
使用我们的指标、策略或工具时，您必须使用本人的账户与资金。我们不提供资金管理、账户托管，也不保证任何特定交易回报。所有产品与资源权限严格仅限个人、非商业用途；禁止任何分享、转售或未经授权的分发，违者可能被暂停权限。
7. 知识产权
所有指标、课程资料、视频及教学内容的知识产权均归 Entreuverse Sdn. Bhd. 所有。您的购买仅授予个人、不可转让的使用许可，不构成所有权转移。
8. 责任限制
我们致力于确保指标与工具运行的准确与可靠，但其表现可能依赖 TradingView 等第三方平台或您的交易账户。Entreuverse Sdn. Bhd. 对以下情况不承担责任：
- 超出我们控制范围的外部平台更新、数据源错误或网络连接问题；
- 市场波动或不可预见的经济事件导致的交易表现变化；
- 对我们产品、服务或教学资源的误用或不当操作。
如发生与我们产品本身直接相关的技术问题，我们将尽快调查并合理解决。
支持范围： 账户连接的技术支持，仅限透过 Teddy 推荐所开设的 Pepperstone 账户，不适用于其他经纪商账户。若您在使用指标或连接 TradingView 分析与该账户时遇到困难，请联系客服团队。
9. 条款修改
我们保留随时修改或更新本条款的权利。继续使用我们的服务即表示接受更新后的条款。
10. 适用法律
本条款受马来西亚法律管辖。
